VitalPool
A competitive health accountability platform designed to convert intention into measurable change.
What It Is
VitalPool is a competitive health accountability platform. Participants commit to a defined health objective over a fixed cycle, stake monthly capital into a shared pool, and track progress through objective data and daily proof of action. Performance is ranked transparently. At the end of each cycle, pooled funds are redistributed to the top performers. The platform combines verified health data (labs, body composition, functional tests), behavioral commitment (explicit habit selection and daily accountability), economic incentive (real money at stake), and social pressure (leaderboards and peer visibility).
What I Do
I'm designing and building VitalPool from the ground up — defining the competitive structure, data verification systems, staking mechanics, and accountability frameworks. The goal is to create a mechanism where doing the hard thing becomes the rational choice.
Why It Matters
VitalPool exists to answer one question: what happens when health is treated as a competitive system instead of a private intention? The platform is not coaching, content, or motivation. It is a mechanism — align incentives so that the rational choice and the healthy choice become the same thing. The result is fewer excuses, faster feedback, and durable change driven by accountability rather than willpower.
Current Initiatives
- Designing competitive cycle structure with staking and redistribution mechanics
- Building verified health data integration (labs, body composition, functional tests)
- Creating daily proof-of-action accountability system
- Developing transparent leaderboards and peer visibility features
- Defining objective scoring criteria across multiple health dimensions
