What It Is
NCBN supports professionals who meet weekly to give each other business referrals. Based in Grass Valley, California, the network covers Auburn, Colfax, Nevada City, and Penn Valley. Our core values center on positive attitude, servant leadership, commitment to customers, continuous learning, celebration, and teamwork.
What I Do
I founded NCBN and continue as an active member. I also developed the technology platform that tracks inter-member referrals and meetups, enabling the network to measure its impact and strengthen connections between members.
Why It Matters
Local economies thrive when business owners know and trust each other. NCBN creates the conditions for that trust to develop organically through regular interaction, shared purpose, and genuine service to one another. The technology layer makes the invisible work of networking visible.
